Therapy sessions are currently provided in person, in accordance with government guidance, or online according to preference and individual circumstances.

Perhaps you're finding your current ways of coping only work so far. Whilst therapy isn't always easy, working through your troubles with a caring, qualified professional can be liberating and transforming.

Together we develop an understanding of your situation including the obstacles currently blocking your path. This gives you greater control over removing these blocks; frees you up to be more self-aware and self-compassionate; to better understand your emotions, relationships and repeating patterns of behaviour; and to live more fully and authentically.
